By accessing and using the Hirearn platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Platform Description
Hirearn is a digital platform that connects workers with employers for daily wage job opportunities. The platform facilitates job postings, applications, attendance tracking, and payment processing.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Workers
- Provide accurate personal information
- Complete identity verification as required
- Attend jobs as committed
- Follow workplace safety guidelines
- Report any issues promptly
3.2 Employers
- Post accurate job descriptions
- Pay workers as agreed
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Comply with all applicable labor laws
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Digital Payment Mode
Workers receive payment through the platform wallet. The platform deducts a commission from gross payment. Payment is processed after job completion and employer confirmation.
4.2 Cash Payment Mode
Employer pays workers directly in cash. The platform is not responsible for cash payment disputes. The platform charges a non-refundable token fee.
5. Platform Fees
- Digital Mode: Commission on gross payment
- Cash Mode: Token fee (non-refundable)
- Token amounts vary based on number of workers
6. Job Posting and Application
Employers must provide accurate job details. Workers must apply only for jobs they can attend. Both parties must honor commitments.
7. Attendance and Check-in
Workers must check in and check out using provided QR codes or codes. Attendance is tracked per day for multi-day jobs. Partial work is calculated based on hours worked.
8. Dispute Resolution
The platform provides dispute reporting mechanisms. Cash mode disputes are not guaranteed by the platform. Digital mode disputes may be eligible for protection pool coverage.
9. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining account security. Report unauthorized access immediately. Do not share login credentials.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent job postings or applications
- Misrepresentation of identity or qualifications
- Harassment or discrimination
- Violation of applicable laws
11. Limitation of Liability
The platform acts as an intermediary only. We are not responsible for disputes between workers and employers. Cash mode payments are not guaranteed by the platform.
12. Modification of Terms
The platform reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
13. Termination
The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users may deactivate accounts at any time. Outstanding payments must be settled before termination.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
